Lunt Silversmiths started out as Rogers, Lunt & Bowlen Co.In 1902 when it was purchased by George C. Lunt from an engraver at A. F. Towle &  Son. It is a family owned company and is located in Greenfield,Massachusetts.  George C. Lunt, an engraver in the A .F. Towle & Son company, bought the business and renamed it Rogers, Lunt and Bowlen  Co. The company has remained in the Lunt family and is located in Greenfield, Massachusetts. It has been Lunt Silversmiths since 1935.
The Lunt Embassy Scroll pattern is used in the embassies of the U.S.  around the world.
